My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were quite comfortable and featured nice air conditioning, I had issues with cleanliness as towels were forgotten at times. The service was a mixed bag; some staff were incredibly helpful, while others seemed indifferent. The location had its draws, providing access to various parts of the island, but the surrounding area wasn't exactly charming. The dining was a highlight with beautifully prepared breakfasts, though the limited options felt off for the price. Overall, I would say the hotel has potential but doesn't quite hit the mark in every aspect.
